I am a registered dietitian with over 20 years experience. I provide services for adults in nutrition for mental health, body image, emotional eating and binge eating disorder. Throughout my career, I have worked with a variety of populations, and one thing they have all had in common, aside from the obvious fact that we all need to eat, is that we are complex creatures, with complicated relationships with food and our bodies. And that relationship with food can really suck the joy out of life and keep us from reaching our goals. My goal is to help you heal that relationship with food and your body. No restrictive diets and no shaming here. I practice from a weight inclusive, health at every size, trauma-informed and intuitive eating stand point. I strive to provide a safe space for all.
