As a strong advocate for females in sport and a self proclaimed environmentalist, I have a strong passion for helping female athletes meet their energy needs and do so in a sustainable way. Working at a University, I am experienced in helping people manage their allergies, intolerances, and all sorts of dietary requirements to fit their unique lifestyles.
